Swapped them back to the original ports, and still recognizing the drive. Swapped SATA ports, rebooted, and it recogcnized it. I'm thinking, here we go again (this Crucial M4 is a replacement for the OCZ Vertex 4 that died after 15 days). Went into Bios and the SSD boot drive was missing. I guess I killed it alright, because the missing boot manager message is all that would come up. Theyll test it for 10minutes and say its good and give it back.I tried to shut down my PC last night, just to clear memory and because it had been running for 3 days straight, and it got hung on the "Shutting Down" screen for over 10 minutes, so I killed it with the power button. All the checks show green and sometimes it takes hours without any issues even when theres constant reading/writing to disk. This happens like 10times a day or 50times a day completely random. The problem is that disk usage randomly jumps to 100% when doing something (watching movie, gaming etc) It seems to never happen when there is 0 disk activity. I got new SSD a while back and I've had this annoying problem almost since I started using the drive.
